What is healthisall.in ?

In a nutshell - Healthisall.in is a search engine that helps you find the best healthcare close to you, from a database of over 5000 doctors and 500 hospitals. You can even book appointments, read reviews, and give feedback!

 

What are we trying to do at Healthisall?

Our motto is to bring doctors and patients closer together. While offering best user experience, transparency, and service thus making healthcare an overall healthier experience!

 

Does healthisall offer medical services?

No, we here at healthisall do not offer medical services.

 

Can I book appointments with any doctor in India?

Not yet. But we are working on it. You can currently book appointments with doctors who have partnered with us to make your healthcare experience better. More and more doctors join us every day. Are you a doctor who would like to join Healthisall.in? Click here

 

Is healthisall free for patients?

Yes. Booking appointment through healthisall.in is free. But you will be charged by doctor/ hospital for their services.

 

How does healthisall make money?

When a new health care provider signs up with us we charge a subscription fee. We help providers increase the efficiency of their practices, manage their appointments, and provide prompt medical care to patients.

 

Is Healthisall available in other countries?

No. Currently we are focused on expanding our service across India - but we hope someday healthisall is made available everywhere.

How do I sign-in?

          You can either sign in through facebook/ google or with your registered email id.

           To log-in as Patient: Click here
           To log-in as Doctor: Click here
           To log-in as Hospital: Click here

  • Enter the registered email id and password.
  • Click login

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

  • In order to reschedule or cancel an appointment login with your registered account on healthisall.in.
  • Go to “My account” . Click Dashboard
  • Go to “View Appointments”. You can find the upcoming appointments.
  • At the end of appointment you can find “Status” and “Actions”
  • On clicking “Actions” you can reschedule/ cancel an appointment.
  • Depending upon your action the “Status” of appointment changes.
  • In order to cancel an appointment login with your registered account on healthisall.in.
  • Go to “My account” . Click Dashboard
  • Go to “View Appointments”. You can find the upcoming appointments.
  • At the end of appointment you can find “Status” and “Actions”
  • On clicking “Actions” you can cancel an appointment.
  • Depending upon your action the “Status” of appointment changes.

I forgot my password - how can I reset it?

  • In order to reset your password. Click on login page.

I want to change my password

  • You can find “Forgot password” column on the right side of Login page.
  • If you click “Forgot password” you will be asked to enter the email address registered with Healthisall.in
  • You will receive an email and sms with new system generated password to your registered email id and mobile number.
  • Once you login with the new system generated password, you will be asked to change password.
  • Once you change your password and Click “Save”.
  • You will receive an email and sms with the new password for your reference.
  • Login to your registered account.
  • To log-in as Patient: Click here

  • Go to “My Account”.
  • Click “Dashboard”.
  • Go to “Profile”.
  • In the right corner you can find “Change password”. Click it
  • Now you can enter the “New password” and Click “Save”.
  • You will receive an email and sms with the new password for your reference.

How do I see my Past doctors and appointments?

  • Login to your registered account.
  • Go to “My Account”.
  • Click “Dashboard”.
  • Go to “View Appointments”. You can find the upcoming appointments and archived appointments (past appointments).

 

Can I trust healthisall with my Information?

Of course, your details are safe with us.

 

How Do I change my mobile number?

  • Login to your registered account.
  • Go to “My Account”.
  • Click “Dashboard”.
  • Go to “Profile”. In the right corner you can find “Edit”. Click it
  • In the “Mobile Number” enter the new number.
  • On Clicking save button you will be directed to a page to verify the new number. You can find two fields “Your changed mobile number” and “Enter Mobile Verification Code”
  • You will be receive an “One Time Password (OTP)” to the new number
  • Enter the OTP in the field. Click “Submit”
  • Your new number is verified and saved.

 

Making an appointment using healthisall

 

How do I make an appointment?
You have to register in healthisall.in as a patient to book appointment.

 

How do I know which doctor to Choose?
You can choose the doctor from so much information we provide, for example you should look at his or her professional statement, education, background, and reviews given by other patients. Don't forget to leave a review after your healthisall appointment so you can help other patients find the right doctor.

 

What if doctor, I search for is not listed?
If the doctor you search for is not listed in healthisall.in you can drop a message to us with doctor’s details.

How do I know that my appointment has been booked?
You will receive a confirmation mail and SMS to the registered mobile number. Also, you will be receiving reminder notification before the said appointment.

 

What if my appointment is cancelled or rescheduled by the doctors office?
Sometimes a doctor has a last-minute emergency. In such a case, you will receive a email or SMS notification from healthisall.in about the change in appointment status.

 

Can I call healthisall to book my appointments over the phone?
We are happy to help you,contact us through phone from morning 10am to 7 PM (IST) Monday to Saturday.

 


Healthisall Reviews

 

How are healthisall reviews different?
Our review system only allows registered user to write a review after he/she has visited the doctor. When a patient has given a review about a doctor or hospital, it is the doctor who responds to the review. If there is a negative comment given by the patient on the service offered by doctor, he has a chance to explain the patient through reviews. It’s only when things get out of control, Healthisall.in reserves the right to stop the thread or block the user.

 

How do I leave a review of my doctor/appointment?
After you attend an appointment, you’ll receive an email from us asking for feedback. Click on that link to review your doctor.Or You can always sign into your healthisall account and under my profile, click on my reviews.

 

Does healthisall moderate these reviews?
Yes, we have a team which ensures that all reviews are in compliance with our guidelines.

 

I submitted a review. Why hasn’t it been posted yet?
It may take upto 24 hours for your review to be posted, depending on the time of submission. Please note that it is moderated by live person and not robot. We want to help you serve better so we want to hear about your experience!

 

Are there instances in which a review may not be posted?
We’ll publish any review that adheres to our guidelines. Just make sure to avoid the following:

  • Profanity: We won’t publish anything profane, vulgar, or otherwise offensive.
  • Personal information: We won’t post reviews that include personally identifiable information such as your full name, phone number, email address, etc.
  • Promotional content: We want our reviews to be as relevant as possible, so we don’t post reviews that promote an unrelated website, product, topic etc.
